Rising Down  will be the tenth album from Philadelphia-based hip-hop band The Roots. It is set to be released on Def Jam, their second with the label, following 2006's Game Theory. The album will feature roughly the same lineup as Game Theory; the band's members remain, with guest appearances by Peedi Peedi and Malik B., the latter reportedly even more so than on the group's previous album, as well as conceivable appearances and/or production by Dice Raw. Washington, DC rapper Wale has purportedly been invited to appear on the album, stemming from a Black Thought-tribute track called "Work" off of his 100 Miles An' Runnin mixtape. Lupe Fiasco and Q-Tip are also planned to appear on the album...

It Is Time for a Love Revolution is the eighth studio album by American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and arranger Lenny Kravitz, released on February 5, 2008.

It includes fourteen new tracks, written, composed, arranged, performed and produced by Kravitz himself. The album has received Kravitz's best reviews in years, with Rolling Stone deeming it "the best album Lenny Kravitz has ever made" ( perso opinion : i dont agree :S a7sen albumo c "Baptism").

Kravitz has planned to tour with the album's material for two years after the release, starting with a performance of two new songs on Times Square New Year's Eve show, hosted by Carson Daly.

It Is Time For A Love Revolution entered the UK Album Chart at #42, an improvement over 2004's Baptism, and reached #4 on the Billboard 200, Kravitz's first US Top 5 album since 2000.

La 50ème cérémonie des Grammy Awards s'est déroulée le 10 février à Los Angeles. La grande gagnante de la soirée est Amy Winehouse qui a raflé 5 Grammy pour 6 nominations, dont celui de révélation de l'année et meilleure chanteuse "Pop".
